As part of a strategic alignment of the region to support market growth in an efficient and collaborative way, Renata will lead operations across the North Sea (UK & Norway), encompassing seven offices and 200 employees. She will hold full P&L responsibility and be accountable for the overall performance of the region, as well as the delivery of its strategic objectives.

Working alongside our talented multidisciplinary teams, Renata will help build on our established presence, technical expertise and trusted client relationships, while driving continued growth and delivering value across Norway and the UK.

With over 30 years of international experience across the energy, offshore and maritime sectors, Renata brings extensive expertise in business leadership, operational management, commercial strategy and delivery. Throughout her career, she has successfully led businesses and multidiscipline teams across multiple regions, driving sustainable growth, developing high-performing organisations and building strong, long-term client relationships. Renata has held managerial, director and VP roles across several leading organisations, including Shell, Wilson Sons/Brasco, NOV, Golar LNG and Maran Shuttle Tankers
